The site is located in an Industrial Estate, at Graphite Way in Glossop, Derbyshire.
Graphite Way is subdivided into three sites: A, B and C. Each comprises four engines and 6MW of electrical generating capacity, for a total of 12 engines and 18 MW of capacity. Construction took place over 2018 and 2019.
Each site operates independently and remotely from our control room, to provide backup energy generation services to the national grid.
