Graham Shaw Chairman
Graham has Board-level experience of working in capital equipment and technology companies across diverse industry sectors, including manufacturing, energy and financial services. Graham has managed the acquisition and divestment of companies both in the UK and USA and currently works with the Foresight investment group and with other companies as a non-executive director.
Graham White Chief Executive Officer
Graham is co-founder and CEO of Mercia Power Response. He has 25 years of experience in the embedded power generation industry, spanning a wide range of senior development, operations, marketing, and sales roles. With deep expertise in landfill gas and coal mine methane embedded generation, in 2009 Graham was the first to deploy gas fuelled generating assets into the Power Response market. This experience inspired the formation of Mercia Power Response Limited in 2015.
Paul Tittley Chief Financial Officer
Paul is CFO of Mercia Power Response. Following the successful sale and de-listing of Alkane Energy PLC in 2015, Paul joined Graham to grow Mercia Power Response into a market leader. He has 15 years of finance experience, having held senior financial and commercial roles at Alkane Energy PLC, The Danwood Group Ltd, Gala Coral Group PLC and Cargill PLC, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
With extensive experience of senior roles at both listed and private companies, Paul has a successful track record of managing M&A activity and raising capital from a range of institutional investors.
